2012 Interior Paint Colour Trends

June 16, 2012 | Home Decor and Design Trends

Paint colours seem to trend from year to year and 2012’s hot colours include many deep and vibrant hues.  However, many neutral palettes are also very popular and the most popular paint companies include a deep colour with a neutral palette.  If you are planning to sell your home in the near future, you should consider painting, as this is a home improvement that provides excellent return on investment.  If you haven’t painted in the last three to five years, then your paint colours are potentially outdated and one of the easiest things you can do to improve your home presentation for potential buyers is to repaint.  In addition, sprucing up your property with modern paint colours provides great return on investment.  If you’re interested in other home improvements that provide good ROI, click here.
